I have had many jobs in the past, in many different industries. The culture in many of my previous organizations was repressive and stifling. I thought it was just me. I thought maybe I had to adjust who I was, to fit in. After a couple of years, I would burn out- but didn’t really know why. I had no idea it was possible to work in such a receptive, supportive, and challenging workplace until I started working at TIVC. Here, your opinions and experiences are valued, you are heard, and you are able to be your authentic self at work. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with such amazing people.
