TIVC Research Specialist

I have had many jobs in the past, in many different industries. The culture in many of my previous organizations was repressive and stifling. I thought it was just me. I thought maybe I had to adjust who I was, to fit in. After a couple of years, I would burn out- but didn’t really know why. I had no idea it was possible to work in such a receptive, supportive, and challenging workplace until I started working at TIVC. Here, your opinions and experiences are valued, you are heard, and you are able to be your authentic self at work. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with such amazing people.

I really enjoy the latitude I have in the work that I do. I love the receptiveness of new ideas that the company as a whole functions with. I feel empowered knowing that the company assumes positive intent and invests in employee development.

I was instantly drawn to TIVC because it seemed to be a place where company culture and diversity are really valued. I’m very happy to work with people who share these values, and I love knowing that our work helps other people and companies to work better together.

TIVC has been a place of great personal growth for me. I love working for a female owned company, and with a team that truly wants all employees to feel valued and be successful.
