Ms. Payne discussed how to implement a successful, credible, and sustainable employee and diversity program that yields buy-in, commitment, and sustainable results.
Ms. Payne is a Navy Veteran and holds Lean Six Sigma and Change Management Certifications. Before starting TIVC, she spent the vast majority of her career in the utility industry where she developed and implemented a Diversity and Inclusion program for a Fortune 200 utility company of over 14,000 employees. Her work led to the launch of the first Employee Resource Group program in the company’s 100-year history. The program surpassed its initial membership goal by 500% in the first six months.
